The first time we used Century was for our kids' garage roof and siding. They did such a good job, that we asked them to do our home roof. It needed to be done from scratch. We also needed our eavestrough updated, and decided to add a leaf guard as well. They did an amazing job on everything, from beginning to clean up. I highly recommend them, and won't hesitate to use them again.
Calls go through to a call centre, not to the office. Very difficult to communicate effectively as all information needs to be relayed from the call centre to the office, and only after a period of time do you get a response. I did not feel like I was communicating with a local company at all, and that I was constantly having to go through a middle man to make arrangements. This experience turned me off of moving forward.
