Working with Century Roofing was a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and responsive. The roofers even showed up early, and they did a wonderful job installing the roof AND cleaning up afterwards. Very competitive pricing, and paying the bill was easy, too! Great experience all around and I couldn’t be happier.
I recently had my home roof replacement done, Joel Fry worked with me from beginning, filing claim with my insurance company, working with insurance adjuster inspecting the property, providing estimate for the roofing cost. Century installed the roof on our new construction home in 2022. When we developed a roof leak, I was told their new construction warranty only lasts one year. I would expect a longer warranty and more confidence in their craftsmanship. After confirming it wasn’t covered, they couldn’t come look for over a week.
