Joel Fry from Century Roofing was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. Our insurance company was not very generous with the amount they were willing to cover for the roof replacement and Joel contacted them a number of times to try to resolve this issue. He kept us informed of every conversation he had with them. The removal and installation took 1 long day (12+ hours) and the crew did a TERRIFIC job. Century Roofing was a great experience. We got quotes from multiple companies, and Century’s pricing was very competitive. We did our due diligence, and Century is fully insured (General Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Auto). So, no risk of the homeowner becoming liable for medical bills and weeks of lost wages, etc if someone hurts themselves on your property (which homeowner’s insurance would not cover b/c it was your responsibility to make sure workers were covered by their employer). I worked with Joe Collins of Century to get our roof replaced. He took care of coordinating the installation and working with the insurance company to provide them with everything they needed to file a claim for reimbursement. The installation went smoothly, completing the job in a single day. We're very pleased with the result and would recommend Century to others.
Lucas was professional and quick. He was able to take a look at the problem and help suggest what he thought would address our leak on our roof. He helped replace shingles and seal up any crack in our window and siding. From quote to finished job in just a few hours. Would use them again as a roofing contractor.
