I have been working with Century Property Management for two decades. They took the scary parts of owning rental property and made it safe and easy. Management is easy to talk to and always follows through.
Rented from this company and they lack communication big time. From the leasing process (they informed me the house I had rented came with no appliances and many more no nos via text!) to getting through their great maintenance department and receptionist is a true nightmare. Had to fight them (really) to get a man to put some bags outside my garage door as it was getting flooded the day before Xmas. Bags he put were a joke when I checked why was water still coming in.
