They were absolutely terrific. Excellent communication. The guy who installed my hot water tank was excellent and totally cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Technician and apprentice were onsite at my condo for 24 minutes (Ring camera documented). Invoice states a 1-hour minimum labour charge, but I was billed for 2 hours of labour. I questioned it because there was no labour description other than unplug tub drain. I was told by email the additional hour was for travel time and equipment pickup.
