I should have gotten their names. There were 2 techs that were sent to my home. One said he was an apprentice. That is not the issue. The issue is this was a home warranty call and when they came out they told me it would be a simple repair. The pipe under my kitchen sink had a hole and they could fix it no problem. 2025 Updated new service: this time service tech Joseph came out and helped me work a similar issue with a different leaking toilet. Not only was the work of excellent quality Joseph’s Interpersonal skills were exceptional. Century Plumbing seems to have a good group of folks working for them. We can't speak highly enough of Century Plumbing! We needed a new sewer line, and 2 other plumbers quotes us thousands of dollars more than Century. They were highly referred, professional, responsive, and communicative. They made a highly stressful situation a breeze, and they will be our first and only call for plumbing!
