2025 Updated new service: this time service tech Joseph came out and helped me work a similar issue with a different leaking toilet. Not only was the work of excellent quality Joseph’s Interpersonal skills were exceptional. Century Plumbing seems to have a good group of folks working for them. Hired Century for a property sewer scope. Professional service and knowledgeable employees.
We can't speak highly enough of Century Plumbing! We needed a new sewer line, and 2 other plumbers quotes us thousands of dollars more than Century. They were highly referred, professional, responsive, and communicative. They made a highly stressful situation a breeze, and they will be our first and only call for plumbing! Get EVERYTHING in writing! Clint quoted $250 and turn around and charged $812. Unprofessional and very rude. When I talked to the owner Todd he said he would have charged me over $1000. He said in his mind I should’ve been happy because I was undercharged for the work. Very rude and just talks over you! Wow! I don’t recommend this company! They will rip you off.
