Don't bother. The HOA can't afford cost of deferred maintenance. Poorly managed. I also encourage a deep look at the structural integrity (columns in my unit on the lowest level were constantly sloughing drywall). If you're buying, be sure to take a deep look into the lack of finances the HOA purports to manage. Expect a balloon payment/assessment. Majority of owners are 70+ and averse to spending a dime to keep the property up. Buyer beware.
