absolutely love the maintenance here. i put a work order in and it’s done by the next day.
Mr.Patrick always handles all of my maintenance requests in a timely fashion!
Has come a long way
The experience was smooth. The community was helpful as I did move alone. It’s clean and comfortable here.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. There is still clearly visible mold in the ceiling of our unit, even after we reported it and raised serious health concerns. We have a newborn at home, and despite multiple requests, management has not provided any proof that the unit is safe or that proper remediation has been done. To make matters worse, instead of properly addressing the issue, they attempted to just put the ceiling light fixture back on to cover up the mold. We can still clearly see the mold around the area.... read more
