My experience is excellent I haven’t had no issues so far and I’ve been here over a year with the apartment my only issue is the first night I stayed here the wrecker towed my truck and my daughter came to visit and he towed her vehicle with us being new to this state we didn’t know anything about it and he treated us with such disrespect
When I went to them they showed me a apartment on a laptop It was nothing like I moved in there I moved out 3 months ago oh my God they put something on my credit report which is a lie I never had a animal a dog in there The bedroom was water was coming in it after 3 months I had to go to the city of Killeen and they fixed it in 6 months but water was coming through I lived in apartment 301 water was coming through the sideboard of the floor and after 6 months they fixed it when I moved out they said light switch was broke a... read more
unit above us caught fire due to breaker box catching fire our home filled with smoke and fire dept responded aired unit out and told us to follow up with leasing office. My wife has reached out several times with no response. We looked up Texas code violations and will be contacting 311 for them to confirm violations. We have also have reached out to our military attorney and are seeking to break our lease. Melissa is rude has been no help and has not responded after several attempts.
