Very nice large apartments, Nice underground parking, Hotel Style Card keys, Excellent Freeway, School, Mall access.I lived there from 06-08 the problem with this place and the reason I moved was poor management the management changed 4 times in two years. They LOST my rent check and charged me a late fee for it!! Maintenance went from being very good to piss poor. Example elevators were constantly broken and people started urinating in them, sink backing up due to upstairs apartment, rain coming in through the ceiling on a ... read more

If i could give this place no stars, i would. this place is terrible. after almost a year living here i had enough. i even broke my lease to get out of this place. when signing the lease i thought it wasnt so bad at least for a little while. the day i moved in, there were cop cars surrounding the entire apartment complex looking for someone. the elevators werent working for almost a month. there are no stirs leading to the apartments from the garage. there is one flight of stairs right in the middle to the first floor then y... read more

I lived here for over 5 years they were very nice apartment homesuntil around 2006 .the apartments went down aftter the change of managent and they started to rent to low income section 8 tenants.the elevators were alway broken for weeks at a time.the kids were urinating in the stairs and elevators,there were so many Thugs in the building.they were breaking into cars,robbing you as you get on the elevator at gun point.the kids were partying in the laundry room playing loud music until 5 am in the morning.I complained to mana... read more
I lived here for 1 year it was the worst year of my life i could not wait for my lease to be up.going grocery shopping or to do laundry was terribleespecially when the elevators were broken.you have to carry all those bags or clothes up the stairs,and the stairs smell like urine.complainingto management was a waste of time. they care nothing about the tenants or their safety.they are only concern about their rent.there are so many kids in building THUGS THUGS THUGS!be careful about renting here,everthing that looks good is n... read more
This place is nice at a glance. I lived there for three years and moved out in March of 09. The main problem is Section 8 is accepted and the thugs who live there. You have to run to your apartment and close the door and once you do you have to hear the loud music and the neighbor over you stomping on the floor. I complained to the office but I was told to live with it. The elevators are always braking down or urin on the floor. Do yourself a favor dont live there.

Great place to live with a sense of community unlike any other. The building was built with the whole Resort style theme in mind and its a place you can have pride in inviting your friends and family over. I love it here! The building is very unique and the sqft in my Apartment Home is huge. The management team is friendly and maintenance request get done within 3 days unless it an emergency they respond right away. The rent is a little bit more than what is out there but once you see all the designer upgrades the apartment ... read more
