If I could give them a zero I would! First I was going to the Woodbridge office when my daughter was born almost 5 years ago. But then we moved to Stafford so I got her transferred. I had my son 4 months ago, and decided to stick with them. But now I’m switching them to a different doctor. They don’t care about you or your children! While I haven't had a bad experience with a doctor, I did with the front office staff. When I went in for my newborns first after hospital appointment, they did not want to see her because I did not have a temporary insurance number for her. I tried to explain to them that with my insurance, you use the number that is given to the mother and that is good for a couple months. They did not want to listen and said I can reschedule or pay $125. Now, I was overwhelmed at the time with a couple things that happened at the hospital... read more
If I could give this practice no stars I would. I brought a newborn baby 3 days old to a scheduled appointment only to be told the doctor wasn't there yet and was late. I couldn't stay and wait because we had other appointments that day. They didn't even call me ahead of time to tell me he wouldn't be in. What a terrible thing to have to go through as a new mother. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
