My mom presently lives at a property in South Florida called the garden plaza at inverrary. we are now on our third bed bug events with this place. The maintenance of this building is struggling It's dirty The rooms are nice The view is nice but the housekeeping is almost non-existent and the staff just doesn't care

Staff is very rude, Staff has been caught sleeping instead of taking care of residence, Staff has been accused of stealing from the residence, This place does not take care of the residence. They want their money and that’s all they want from them.! Horrible place for retirement! DO NOT SEND YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! 🚩🚩❌❌❌❌ Toxic environment
