When getting my nails done my technician stopped three times to talk on her phone. Horrible customer service.

The Spa Pedi is excellent! The atmosphere is very relaxing, not the open business of most high end nail Salons. Cindy and her husband have done an amazing job cresting a place of comfort and quality.
I'll never get a pedi anywhere else again! Absolutely in LOVE with the jelly pedicures!

Great clean place visiting from out of town. Loved the spa peddi and the chair had a USB to charge phone.
Been getting clear dip powder with a gel color on top for two years. I do it this way so I can change my nail color without having to soak everything off. The gel can just be drilled off and color changed. I’ve had it done here twice! Walked in today and they refused to do my nails because they stated, “we don’t do that here”. After trying to thoroughly explain what I was asking for (thought maybe the language barrier created a misunderstanding), they still refused to do it. Under new management- not necessarily better! Ive been going to Century for awhile and have always been more than satisfied. Yesterday when I walked in it seemed different . Only 3 workers and few clients and the ones with appointments had to wait. My pedicurist had to be reminded to clean and shape both my big toes, not just one. MOST DISAPPOINTING: While I was waiting for my nails to dry, she went right on to the next client and reused the equipment that was used on me (and how many others?)!!!! I will not be returning!
