👀RUN!!!😡 Let me run down the issues I had during my pedicure. 1. She put nail polish on my skin and under my toes. 🤬 Theres nail polish under my calf, under a few of my toes and on top of my foot. She used a nail file on my skin trying to take it off, leaving bruises. 2. Cuticles. My cuticles were barely touched. She flung nail polish over it. 3. Nail polish.😡 She used shellac. Great experience! Came in for a manicure with Lan; she did a great job! Brought a little with me and requested a design… showed Lucia the picture and she nailed it. She was kind, gentle and patient! Couldn’t be happier!
Rude and dismissive …. I never complain and I debated leaving this but it’s mind blowing how awful my experience was.
I had a manicure here a few weeks ago when my regular person at another salon was on vacation. I was extremely disappointed. I normally get the dip nails as I keep my nails quite short. The person who did my nails (not Cindy) made me soak my nails in acetone, drying my skin terribly. She then told me my regular person put my dip on too thick, it was always great with no problems.
