It’s a shame I have to write a negative review about Century MINI but after being ghosted for months it has to happen. One year into our lease and being told we need to spend $700+ on new tires? Never have I experienced needing new tires at 10,000 miles. Quite the sticker shock and when attempting to contact service managers and sales managers I get no response, no assistance to look into this further. Months of emails and no solution.
