To think i was looking for metal but after reading what Amanda Kamph went through im good ill keep looking
Worst customer service ever! We replaced my parents roof because their roof got damaged during the hurricane. When metal was delivered, 18 pieces was damaged. The roofer called and ask Teresa about getting them replaced. She blew him off with "A manager has to deal with this". Then the roofer called again after thanksgiving only to be told by Teresa that she needed to get with the driver. Like we were lying. We documented everything. Talked to them on the phone , they couldn't help me with what I needed , but were very easy to talk with and did answer some questions
