I went to see Dr. Reid and had a great experience. Super nice receptionists, the medical assistant (I think her name was Marina) was comforting and funny. Dr. Reid was so kind and very knowledgeable. You can tell that really cares about what she does; and that’s refreshing because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors being dismissive or careless. There was a bit of a wait time, but that’s common at every doctor’s office. No complaints and I’m so happy I finally found a good doctor!!!
Simone Faybyshev is the kind of NP you want handling your primary care, she genuinely listens, cares, remembers details too. Very happy with the office.
This particular person FNP NP Terri-Ann Reid GYN and her assistant who is a medical assistant. Maria or Marina I apologize about the name mix up. They both are super sweet gentle and patient. The Medical Assistant took her time in calming me down explained everything in detail to me. Reid is also the same im so glad my mom recommended me. Any gyn needs you can ask for Terri-Ann Reid. Definitely not continuing any kind of dental work with this office they were not efficient they didn't call to schedule appointments accordingly my insurance approved things in one or two days and they sat on it nobody looked over to see what was approved nobody made phone calls nobody was on top of what this should have been their job and for that they wasted 6 weeks of my time and didn't get my dental work done I had to call my own insurance company to see if my stuff was approved The first visit they never even put in any... read more
