I waited 1.5 months for my appointment and received a confirmation reminder stating that my visit with Dr. Ilona Shylinska on February 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM would take place as scheduled. Despite the severe snowstorm in NYC, I did not receive any cancellation notice by phone, text, or email. I traveled to the clinic only to find the office completely closed.
