Probably the best overall practice I’ve ever been to. Great bedside manners from everyone here from the doctors down to the office staff.
I just had my first visit here today. The entire staff is just SO incredible and kind. We are so happy we switched our care to being here during my pregnancy. I feel like my baby and I are in the best hands. Very excited to continue this journey with them.
I honestly would give a negative review if I could. I had an appointment recently, and the doctor was absolutely horrible. I was viewed there a few times, and the doctor previously just wasn't what I needed, so i moved to Dr. Halfhill. This was my first time seeing her, and she was so rushed. She didn't listen to my concerns and acted like the pain I was experiencing didn't exist. And the problems I was having weren't there. I honestly wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I work in healthcare and cannot believe how I was treated while I was experiencing a miscarriage. I called the office the Monday following an ER visiting that previous Friday with concern that I was miscarrying. I am new to the area and I had never been seen in office, but had an appointment scheduled out a few weeks. I was hoping to be seen sooner to get some direction and help as to what was going on. The staff and Dr. Plisko were amazing! Going to the gyno is never much fun! This was the first time at the Natrona Heights office and it was wonderful! Quick and painless. I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a new place! 5 stars across the board. Being nice and friendly goes such a long way and every single person in that office had a smile on and were very pleasant! Thank you to the whole staff! Keep up the amazing work!
