They refuse to appropriate bill my insurance so they are attempting to charge me out of pocket for things that are clearly covered by my insurance. Both my insurance company and I both tried to call because they also agree it should be covered and they just need a specific code and they just straight up refused to make any changes. Probably the best overall practice I’ve ever been to. Great bedside manners from everyone here from the doctors down to the office staff.
I just had my first visit here today. The entire staff is just SO incredible and kind. We are so happy we switched our care to being here during my pregnancy. I feel like my baby and I are in the best hands. Very excited to continue this journey with them.
I honestly would give a negative review if I could. I had an appointment recently, and the doctor was absolutely horrible. I was viewed there a few times, and the doctor previously just wasn't what I needed, so i moved to Dr. Halfhill. This was my first time seeing her, and she was so rushed. She didn't listen to my concerns and acted like the pain I was experiencing didn't exist. And the problems I was having weren't there.
