scheduled me for a procedure they don’t even do there. Didn’t tell me that I’d need a referral out to a place that does do that type of procedure until I had already arrived on site and that the person who scheduled me is still in training.
Such a scam. Had the worst experience with Dr Ekaterine Bachilava and their billing office. I saw the doctor for my annual way back in 2023. After that I got a bill for $247 for the blood test that was supposed to be a part of my annual. My insurance was ready to cover it only if the Century’s center would reissue the invoice with the right code. This review is for a different doctor Ilona. I made the appointment on their website in advance. They failed to communicate two days prior or when I came in that I needed to reschedule the appointment for a different time. When I went in I was seen by a medical assistant that didn’t know what she was doing who had someone come in for one minute to confirm she was new and didn’t know how to even check medical history.
