This review is for a different doctor Ilona. I made the appointment on their website in advance. They failed to communicate two days prior or when I came in that I needed to reschedule the appointment for a different time. When I went in I was seen by a medical assistant that didn’t know what she was doing who had someone come in for one minute to confirm she was new and didn’t know how to even check medical history. I've been going to century medical and dental on 11th Ave and the staff are amazing and they reach out to you when earlier appointments are available either though via email or text messages I travel from Flushing Queens and it's a 100% worth the time n trip
