Top notch customer service. We literally asked them to do the impossible on turn around time. They preformed perfectly. Lance was the customer service person than helped us. I do not like being the customer with difficult requests, but often times we are. There was never even a hint of frustration of hesitancy in is voice. Only thing that we received from Lance was "I will see what I can do." He was able to do every request we asked. It was and amazing performance. Thank you.
We ordered over $10,000 in acrylic blocks from them and quality of print was so poor but they decided to still put in to the blocks. They do not feel that have a good print ability and the fuzzy print made it worse. The proof they sent us had cracks all over and peeling. When we contact them they said they would make it better but the final outcome was the quality print and item was just poor and over priced.
