Always super helpful when I call in looking for a part. Minimal wait times and they have always got the right info, the right part and it’s fast. Chris the manager knows his stuff and does his job well.
These guys are always happy to help. I had been having trouble getting a board replaced under warranty. Chris, the branch manager, personally took over my request and helped get the order finalized. No sale/value for him on the warranty order, but he gladly helped anyways.
Chris Garcia went above and beyond to handle our issue after being transferred and put off from other branches. I appreciate the excellent customer service and prompt assistance.
