CHFCU is one of the worst banks you could deal with. They do not stand behind their customers at all. I had to file a claim against a fake company claiming to be wayfair and they overturned their oroginal decision 5 months after the claim leaving me negative for weeks. I supplied all supporting documentation and they still wouldn't side with me. I filed a BBB complaint and they wouldn't even respond.
