Mark is the best! He calls me to schedule maintenance and is readily available to work on any issues. He is a nice guy that would do what is right.
FIVE stars here! Mark just cleaned our AC unit. I never knew that was so important until he showed me the inside of the AC. He is trustworthy and reasonable! Before and after pics below.
The guy has horrible communication skills. Don’t call him if your house has no air and pipes are frozen cuz he will tell you to take a hair dry to it and he’ll come back… recommend if you hate the person your giving his number too. Again this is your job. Your job is to get peoples heat and air working. That’s called work. Mark owns this business. If this is how he does business he must not be making money. Mark came out the same day we had a heat wave this past May and repaired our AC. He did such a professional job, we had him out this fall to inspect our furnace. Mark is very thorough and explained everything he was doing with furnace maintenance.
