Absolutely horrible. Avoid any and all of their properties if you can. They don't care about you or your belongings. My building and another have had multiple break - ins and their response was that the storage lockers downstairs were store at your own risk. They didn't even think it was necessary or common courtesy to send out a letter letting the building know that there had been multiple break-ins within a couple months of each other.
