I have always been pleased with the service I get at Century Ford of Mt. Airy. They are the only ones I trust with oil changes and even tire purchases.
We dropped the car off at 7:30 for a 10:30 am appointment, scheduled a week before. We called at 12:30 and was told they are on a lunch break and we should hear something at 1:30. At 3 in the afternoon we got a phone call saying it would be done in 15 minutes. We are just wanting to know would we have to stay there all day if we would have waited for an oil change?
Great dealership with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend this dealership!
