Worst service call....with no resolution to the problem. You not only pay a 3-hr minumum charge of $250 per hour but you also pay for the trip to and from at $80. After all that...we still have the same issues now that we had before the 2 service calls.

We are currently working with Century Fire Protection on multiple contracts, and I have been dealing with Stephanie Mercedes in their office. She is super knowledgeable, great at what she's doing and also a sweetheart! I wish more contractors had someone like her in their office.
