The repair teams have been pleasant to work with, professional, and prompt at making repairs needed. The account manager is easy to get ahold of and very responsive.
Recently took over management of a community. Have reached out several times for service and fund there are too many layers of management or direction to get to people who resolve concerns and actually perform work. I have called three times over several months to no avail. I am in need of one service to an extinguisher at a marina and a cover for extinguisher box. Annual service is soon.
