The team is always on time and friendly.
Recently took over management of a community. Have reached out several times for service and fund there are too many layers of management or direction to get to people who resolve concerns and actually perform work. I have called three times over several months to no avail. I am in need of one service to an extinguisher at a marina and a cover for extinguisher box. Annual service is soon. I'll be requiring service for the Community in Orlando on Lake Pineloch.
Technician david melendez was prompt and efficient.He knew what he was doing and got our communications fixed in our elevators in a timely manner guiding me through what he did every step and gave us a quote to upgrade our system. can’t speak much on the company but david is a a1 tech.
David Melendez was great assisting our property with the issues it was presenting. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of for us, and his customer service was amazing. More people like you are needed in this industry David!!
