Century Fire Protection operates like a racket. They charge an annual fee just to do business with them, followed by an outrageously expensive annual inspection. But it doesn’t stop there—they then bill you for questionable findings, unnecessary repairs, and separate charges for each so-called fix and re-inspection. This review is more for employees than the actual company. Mae and Mel came out to our surgery center this week for our annual fire alarm, sprinkler system, and fire extinguisher inspection. They were top notch, professional and friendly. We appreciate them and had the best time chatting with them! I wish we could have them be the technicians that come each year.
