All of sudden, they want, no, demanding my social security number after been years and years a patient without. No, a physician do not need a patient's SSN especially if the patient has insurance. Bad practice.

I love this Doctors office. Dr Jon is very nice and the nurses are very friendly. I had appointment at 10:45, was called back on time and was out with in 20 minutes. I have to say my son and family members also patients and love it. I highly recommend this place. .
