My name is Brenda Harvey I'm disabled with parallelism from an annurasyum and met your general manager Jerry we shared stories told him I wanted to get my car was but wasn't physically able to vacuum my car he watched me and after I was finished had me to pull in one of the stalls and vacuum my car I had to give him 100 stars gor may my day so much better jut wanted to shout him out thank you Jerry
I have 2 cars that I that I have a membership at Century car wash. I went through today only to vucuu of my car because I watched it yesterday and then I was told that I would have to go through The processagain to vacuum my car and clean the interior I’m very disappointed because it will cost less for you guys. I’m not using any water or anything else. I just need to use facilities that I pay a monthly subscription for therefore I am very disappointed and century car wash
Good wash but it dented my hood
Staff was not very friendly nor helpful. Instead of approaching me to let me know they were about to close they continuously shut the vacuums off on me. The first time I asked they young man were they closing he reassured me no that they were doing some type of maintenance but after the second shut off I caught the hint. They started sweeping and then the young man approached me asking if I was finished with the trash can. The whole point of going was for the vacuums so this was a wasted trip and money.
Always does a great job.
