Initially I was very impressed, Peter and Phil did an incredible job installing the door and it looks great. After about a year it wasn’t working well and the tech said: “I serviced you door. If you want to use the manual functionality, the rail should be changed…For this larger door I would suggest a more powerful and better quality opener. Please do not use this company. If there is an option for zero stars, this would be more appropriate. They don't respond to your emails and texts regarding the status of the doors, which then leads to my cancellation of their service completely. Harley (I believe may be the owner) said he would refund my 50% deposit. I emailed and called since Feb 2022 and not yet receiving any response or the deposit! I am going through legal means at the moment to get my deposit back. Be forewarned and steer clear of this company!
