Be aware before coming here: I prepaid for a treatment package, so my visits were already fully paid. After one appointment, I was given a tip envelope and left the cash I had on me. Later, I received a call from the esthetician saying they rely on tips and asking for at least 15%+. I found this extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Those ladies or doctors have absolutely no knowledge of any skin disease. They don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t respect your privacy also, I wasted $45 to see her face for just 3 minutes, and it was for nothing! I should definitely ask for a refund..
