The first doctor I saw prescribed an excellent acne lotion - just one bottle and it was done. The second time I went, that doctor wasn't at the clinic anymore. And even though I told her it was just some minor scarring, she prescribed tons of creams for me. The next day I had an allergic reaction - my whole face broke out in big, red pimples. I visited the clinic and I think it’s PA Yu that saw me today, walkin is very smooth, the visit is fast and right on points and explained my concerns, very nice experience I visit here multiple times and often they give out gift bags, and they r very nice they give me umbrella when it’s raining! Lovely and considerate staffs.
PA Lau was very helpful, she’s very nice and gets things done for me. The only thing is she’s here every Friday only, which can be a bit inconvenient.
I had a recent appointment with Andi, she was wonderful! Assured my concerns, treated my problems and diagnosed my issues very well. I recommend coming to see Andi for any dermatology problems!
Very disappointing experience. My child has had a persistent rash for over a week, and I was hoping for a thorough evaluation. The dermatologist did not examine the rash, did not ask about his symptoms, medical history, or how long the rash had been present, and prescribed allergy medication without providing a clear explanation or diagnosis.
