RecommendedThis week was my first experience with Century Cycles - Medina. Wow! Super impressed. I took my “new to me” full suspension 29er in for a tune up and more. They could not help me enough. In addition to the tune up, they helped me get my brakes, seat, shocks and dropper post all set up for me and my weight. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about all things bicycle related.
I have been served by the Medina team for 10+ years. These guys continue to be the best in the business. Recently had Tom remove and replace my bottom bracket for cleaning. Perfect job, clearly he was careful to not damage anything as this was a pressed fit bottom bracket....not the easiest maintenance task. Thank you Tom for your perfection ����
Great place for everything cycle related. The entire staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you get all the information that you need. I purchased my bike there and also got all of the accessories that I needed. They didn't push anything on my and just gave me all things to consider and let me choose what I wanted. We went in looking for a bike for our son and we were very impressed. We couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience. From making sure it was the right size and fit to letting our son take it out for a test ride and talking to him about routine bike maintenance, thank you!
