RecommendedGreat people working there! One of our teenage shop employees lost an Sworks off of their car. A Medina citizen then picked it off the road and tried to sell it. We had reported it stolen with the police and on Facebook. Luckily someone from the Centro Cycles shop saw this post and recognized the bike. They somehow got the guys name and number and reported him to the police. We are do thankful for their help and so thankful it lead us to getting our bike back! They repaired my grandmother's Walker brakes and did a fantastic job! very friendly, fast service.
Just started biking. Nothing aggressive, every time I stop at the store in Medina all questions are answered and they are patient with this beginner.
Great Service, Great Staff friendly and helpful, i highly recommend this over any other bike shop. Medina has another local area bike shop but i prefer Century cycles over the other just because more of a selection and verity of different things.
I recently purchased my Bicycle at Century Cycles in Medina Ohio, Robert Soroky and his sales associates were Excellent !!!!!, They advised and helped me with all my cycling needs, they were patient and professional. We bought new bikes for the first time in 20 years. These folks were fun, knowledgable and helpful. Loved the staff's friendliness. Great local business. Buy local!
My husband just paid $236 for a tuneup and fixing various parts. This included a $75 full tune up. He just brought it home and the shocks are making a horrible noise. I would think that should have been caught in the tuneup process. Not happy.
