The home is overall nicely built and a nice size for the price. The landscaping is some of the worst I've seen. The fill dirt around the home is mostly gravel. What grass there is was horribly done, mixing different types of grass around the sides and rolled out grass to the front area of the house. They tried to hide a bunch of garbage (water bottles, food bags, nails and other construction junk) by covering it over with dirt.
Poor quality construction. House comes with a 1 year warranty but they will tell you none of the issues with the house are under warranty. Century homes is trash as! The repair manager Tyrone is extremely incompetent. He refuses to return calls of work with you. Lawsuit loading!!
I am disappointed by their landscaping and driveway work. We just found out there is gap under the driveway to the garage, and sent the photo to the construction company.. They even didn't respond quicker. And their response after several days was very disappointing us. They said it is basically homeowner's responsibility to maintain grass near to driveaway to garage. I recently purchased a home in this community. The price was good, the quality of construction was good, and the construction team and closing coordinator kept me updated through the process. That's the good news. The bad news: when the appraiser couldn't coordinate the final appraisal with sales staff, and it delayed closing by a couple of days, sales management threatened to cancel my contract (after I had spent thousands on contract deposits, inspections, survey, etc).
