Coast studio in Wilmington is closed but they have a model home in Hewett. Everyone was so nice. The home looks beautiful and I am so happy with the process.
My wife and I stopped by their community in Bolivia, NC last weekend when we were in town looking at houses. Nice looking community. We called and left a voicemail Sunday and got no return call. Tuesday I happened to be back in town to look at another place. I decided to call again. I spoke with a lady who answered the phone and advised the community manager for Mill Creek Cove would call me back. Here it is Friday and I haven't heard anything. If it were possible to give ZERO stars - I would! Currently waiting on a home to be finished being built which was signed for in AUGUST of last year. Originally was supposed to be finished in APRIL and here we are in JUNE still waiting.
