Moved into a home as the 2nd owner that was built in 2022. Within the first couple days I noticed a few things that were off from the build. The recessed lighting was placed so close to the cabinets that they are unable to open fully, they left paper instructions inside the top of the microwave with no top on it, they put 2 different colored cabinet pulls in the kitchen, and the dining lighting is not on the same track as the living room or kitchen, it’s out of line and makes the dining room off center and crowded to the edg... read more

This Builder must use the worst/cheapest sub contractors for heating and air conditioning. We have had to fix so many Air Conditioning and Furnace issues for multiple clients. Mostly due to cheap, poor quality products, along with improper installs. Undersized furnace and air conditioners installed. In shock at the continued issues.
DO NOT BUY A HOME WITH THESE PEOPLE! We purchased in 2019, everything was great until my water heater exploded from the inside out for NOT HAVING a T Condensate Line! I have been trying to get in touch with someone from century to cover the cost of their issue, now they are pinning the blame on us telling us it’s our fault the water heater blew up.
