We finished a build with Century in 2023 and honestly, it was terrible. I would not recommend. Stop here. Find another builder. Save yourself the headache. It was a fight just to get basic agreements taken care of, like final grade. They pulled several loads of dirt out of our yard to fix grade in other lots. We finished a build with Century in 2023 and honestly, could not recommend enough. It was a fight just to get basic agreements taken care of, like final grade. They pulled loads of dirt out of our yard to fix grade in other lots. And just to get it fixed it was such a fight. We worked with Bryce and Jeff Johnston and what a nightmare. Everything about the process, build, and quality has left a lot to be desired.
Quality homes, affordable and roomy.
We purchased a new spec home in Eagle Mountain and it is far and beyond better quality than our previous new construction home. Build quality is excellent. The construction superintendent, Brayden, made sure (and still does even after moving in) that all our concerns were addressed and taken care of properly. Even working with their preferred lender was very easy and they did everything they could to help us get here. All around a great buying experience.
Century Homes made my home buying experience absolutely incredible. Brayden and Kyle were great to work with. The questions they asked, the attention to detail, and the way they followed through with Dave, my sales agent, went above and beyond what I expected. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Everyone worked so hard to make sure things went smoothly, and it honestly felt like they bent over backwards to make it a fantastic experience. I would recommend Century Homes to anyone looking for a new home.
