I rarely leave one-star reviews, and I'm definitely not someone who says, "If I could leave negative stars, I would." But in this case, I absolutely would. I understand that no home is perfect, and I expect minor issues with a new build. What I don't expect is to spend over $500,000 on a brand-new home only to deal with major problems from day one.
