Ruining elbert county with their suburban life. Putting that aside, this area was never designed for such population density. Infrastructure upgrades will be a challenge with the current area housing of 2-5 acre lots, making road expansion difficult and any commercial upgrades will be extremely out of place. There is no way to connect this community to the rest of the metro area. Spring valley was approved because the county commissioners saw the money and nothing else.
