My 2024 BMW i5 M60 sustained damage to the lower front bumper lip during shipping. The selling dealer agreed to cover the repair at a body shop of my choice. Based on a prior positive experience with Century BMW, I chose Century Collision Center. The estimate, drop-off, and repair timeline were all as expected.
