This place has rude front desk people. They do not respect your time. You will wait hours in the lobby then hours in the room waiting to be seen. They do not process your referrals or medication in a timely manner. They never answer the phone. They dont care about people. Dont waste your time with this place.
This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider. My first appointment here was in may it is now September and they still have no idea what’s going on and took MONTHS to send me to a specialist . The first time I came here, the reason for visit was extreme joint pain and stiffness for a couple months well it’s now been 5 months and the pain has spread and only gotten worse. I was scheduled here for a medical exam for disability. I read the reviews prior to my appt and I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't hesitant about this place. When I arrived for my appt the receptionist greeted me warmly and got me started off with some paperwork. I waited in the lobby for a total of 22 minutes before I was brought in the back. I have been a patient here for sometime and they have consistently disrespected my time. I have been forced to wait a minimum of 50 minutes every single time I have visited even though I have had an appointment each and every time.
