I purchased a 2014 Club Car Precedent from Century in 2019. I’ve been very happy with it and it is crucial for me to get around my property since I have MS. Recently I tried to use it and it wouldn’t move. The batteries are fine so I called Century to get it worked on. I was told they are under new management and I needed to submit a form establishing a new account to ensure payment before they would do any work.
