Neil and Jake were great to work with and made the process very smooth and easy from start to finish!
Purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyric, The salesman Kimmel Josh was great and also the Manager they did a good job , and I got a good deal. The Only improvements is their detailed department, they washed it and vacuum, but that is not detailed, I will get it professionally detailed. but I am happy.
I have taken my car here since I purchased it. This most recent time was a mess and will never take my car there again. Normally I don’t leave negative reviews but felt gaslit by the place. I took my car in because the back tire was smoking from the tire or breaks. I checked the box that said not to do any work with our a SIGNED work order. They called said it needed an alignment and tires I was not sure if I wanted tire so they said they could do the alignment and see if they see anything else then call me.
