I had a meeting with the new owners and had a tour of the remodeled plant, I am here to report that Century Boats is the new news! They are thinking of the employees with AC and Air scrubbers for the shop. Beautiful new offices and a history room displaying where it all started. The renderings of the model line ups, materials used, and client involvement areas are something you see in high luxury yacht building like Viking or Bertram. Century is BACK!!! If you ever get the opportunity to tour the facility, do it. I was genuinely impressed. The new plant is clean, organized, and set up the right way. It's clear that the ownership and leadership team are focused on quality, craftsmanship, and building boats correctly from the ground up. Just left the Factory, had the opportunity to meet with Matt and Michael. If you are a past customer or will be in the market for a new vessel, keep Century on your list to visit. What they are putting together for the Century brand is impressive.
I visited Century and the facilities and the team of people are top notch. These boats are being built to the legacy that Century maintained for years and they are dedicated to delivering premium boats and service. I highly recommend them for any style of boat you are looking for!
Toured the new facility and was very impressed. Have been in composites for over 35 years and this is one of the most impressive facilities I have visited.
