This year has been a hard one for my Nana with a slew of medical issues. I had been trying to update her insurance plan and was facing many troubles until we phone called with Brianne. She connected with my Nana and set her up with new coverages that support her newfound issues. I couldn't thank yall enough!
They won't stop calling so I wrote a program to call them every time they hang up and finally after 208 calls one guy got annoyed and we had words, if they call ME EVER AGAIN I will make it much worse. LEAVE PEOPLE THE HELL ALONE!!
Annoying! They keep calling every day for the past two weeks even though I keep telling them I have already taken care of my Medicare needs. I wish there was some way I could get off their calling list!! I have probably received over 15 calls from Century Benefits and I am getting so tired of this.
I have received such great help from Katrina Jones here at Century Benefits. She has been so kind and I appreciate her knowledge. I recommend her for anyone who needs help with their medicare needs!
