For being a New Mexico Bank they sure need more atm and/or banks around town. This office is very misleading and location is awful. I'd rather pay an atm fee 10x over than to ever come to this bank was across town where my hotel was.
Worst bank ever no one greets you.The lady in the office once you walk in doesn't acknowledge her clients litterly stayed waiting for 25 min and not once did anyone come see what I needed. The only bank teller didn't seem to know what she was doing couldn't even say be right with you all they did was stare not even a smile made me feel really unwelcome I will never recommend this bank to anyone
Shirley has brought new energy and offers great service. What bank should be. I think you should give this locally owned and operated bank a chance.
