Horrible, would not recommend it. My daughter was in the store and accidentally knocked over a wooden duck. They made her pay for it. When she got it home my husband immediately pointed out all of the dried glue where it was obvious that it had already been glued back together and was broken before. When I contacted the store to let them know that it had already been broken and that I would like a refund, he refused, was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional.
