I have been using Century AC for several years. I have a biannual maintenance agreement. Victor contacts me every year to schedule an appt. Their service dept & techs are great.
We love Century A/C. Gerardo has been our regular tech for the last 3 years and we trust and appreciate his hard work. We have a very old ac unit and had several people come out to repair it that said it needed to be replaced. Gerardo came out, repaired it, maintained it twice a year for us and kept it running for 3 additional years. When it finally broke this last time, we trusted that there was nothing else we could do but replace.
Very nice and professional. Very courteous. Answered questions very well too. Cleaned uo very well also.
Excellent service. We hired them for our staffing company, and they always provide us with quality and punctuality.
