Clean, timely, professional. The tech who came out was cleanly dressed as was his helper. Shirts tucked in etc. Tech actually called and told me he'd be at my house in an hour. One hour on the dot! If they smoked or chewed tobacco I never saw or smelt it. Diagnosed quickly and had AC back up in 30 minutes. Lol now it's in the 40s as I write this review. I normally don't like the repair companies warranty company sends out. This is the 1st one I will try to ask for next time I have to call my warranty company.
Stay away from this company. They DO NOT stand behind their product. Nothing but problems and after 8 months we still don’t have a working unit. They have an excuse for everything. Now they refuse to do anything even though we had a full one year parts and repairs contract. We will be going to court.

Where to start...well this all started almost 2 years ago when my heater stopped working. My home warranty company sent out Century Air. The tech that was sent out was very friendly and nice but during the repair he accidentally “arked the system” which caused the AC to not work. He said he would come back and fix his mistake on the next day he had available.
