Not sure if this employee is a manager but I’ve witnessed his customer service and it is top notch, and I’m not a customer. I am a just a Cardinal Delivery driver who delivers here frequently and if I always get treated well by this guy hen you know a paying customer definitely will. His name is Ethan Phillips.
