Took an EPA 608 review and my exam at the training center with Matt. Matt did an excellent job, going above and beyond to share personal experiences and industry knowledge. Left the training center with my EPA universal certificate, largely due to the instruction I received from Matt. 5/5 star experience
Horrible customer service. They don't even acknolwedge your existence. The big guy behind the register went out of his way to not make eye contact with me when I walked up to the counter, or not even a 'hello, we'll be with you in a minute'. Horrible!
