I called Grand West Kia not knowing that there was a new location in the Mesa Mall. My wife and I went down and started looking around. The people who helped us, Dylan our salesman and Katie the sales manager made the entire process simple and easy. Being old school myself, I expected the hard sales approach. This is absolutely not the way Katie and Dylan acted.
