This dealer is the absolute WORST in customer service. If you have time to waste this is the place for you. Bait and switch and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Unorganized and disrespectful.

Do not give them1 piece of info, they will research you and call you. Even when you give them the wrong name! Very aggressive and forceful!
Travis Miller in sales is great. Scott in finance is great. I had to come back for something and Scott was off so I had to deal with Emanuel in Finance. That man has no people skills and is quite arrogant. If I would've had to deal with him before Scott ? I wouldn't have bought the vehicle... I don't like being talked down to. I would recommend Century III Kia if Emanuel didn't work there because he pretty much ruined the rating I was going to give.
this is the first time I left a car dealer feeling great. from sales, with travis miller, to finance, with emanuel vrontos, we got treated with respect and got a great deal. you guys made loyal customers out of my family.
